That document was originally published in Mercury: Current and Future Science of the Innermost Planet, Proceedings of the conference held 1-3 May, 2018 in Columbia, Maryland. LPI Contribution No. 2047, 2018, id.6079. The author retains the Copyright and it is included in this archive with the author's permission.
