This collection contains time ordered 3-D spectrum, high and low resolution data from the Lunar Prospector Electron Reflectometer. The data in this collection have been accumulated over 1/2 spacecraft spin (highresflux) and averaged over 16 spacecraft spins (lowresflux), all in units of particles/cm**2/sec/steradian/eV, for the dates 1998-01-16 to 1999-07-29.
