PWSLRCAL.TAB
contains all of the calibration information necessary for the low-rate
science portions of the Galileo PWS instrument.  These sections are the SA
(Spectrum Analyzer), SFR (Sweep Frequency Receiver, in 4 sections), and HFR
(High Frequency Receiver).  The file is formatted as one long column of ASCII
text floating point values, representing several tables concatenated
together.  The file 'pwscal.c' contains example source code for using these
calibration tables.  Each table is described below.

CALIBRATION TABLES.  Each of the following tables, indexed by raw 8-bit data
number within a section, represent rough mappings to calibrated amplitudes.
Further channel-specific gain multipliers are required to provide either
Volts or nano-Tesla.  Since all instrument noise levels are above zero data
number, that value maps to floating zero to indicate missing data.
